Donald Ross currently serves as the Northwest Ministry Network Leader, overseeing over 350 churches and 1,400 ministers. He served as the lead pastor of the Creekside Church in Seattle, from 1995-2014. Don holds a B.A. in Biblical Literature from Northwest University. He graduated in 1997 with a Doctor of Ministry degree from Bakke Graduate School in Seattle. Don is a member of the Society of Church Consultants and author of two books, Turnaround Pastor, which outlines his story leading a turnaround church and key principles for a church turnaround and Tale of Two Churches: Why Being both Missional and Pentecostal Matters. Don and his wife Brenda, live in Kenmore. They have three married children, Kelly, Kathy and Tom, and seven grandchildren.
