Dr. Rowlanda Cawthon is the Dean of the College of Business at Northwest University. She is a graduate of Brandman University, Chapman University, and the University of Puget Sound. Dr. Cawthon worked in the criminal justice profession for eleven years before transitioning to higher education. Here at Northwest University, she is known for her passion and willingness to go above and beyond her role as professor, actively engaging in the community and serving as a mentor and source of inspiration for students and colleagues
